Treat an exact new package as successful even when the vendor setup returns a nonzero code, fall back to the signed device description when SetupAPI omits FriendlyName, and keep raw helper exit codes out of user-facing errors. on-behalf-of: @RedRatInHat <alexpacuk@redratinhat.com>

Temporary validation PR for the closed upstream PR Horuse#26.
This exists only to run the fork's full CI before any upstream reopen. It removes the concept assets and pseudo-node/modal, restores the existing Virtual devices route on Windows, removes the dead uninstall command, preserves structured elevated-helper diagnostics, and makes the Windows audio-enumeration smoke test deterministic on headless runners.
